Avoca Valley Bed and Breakfast is a 4.5 star boutique accommodation venue on the Central Coast of NSW, Australia. It is located 5 minutes from beautiful Terrigal & Avoca Beach and only one hour from Sydney & Newcastle. Avoca Valley offers luxury, relaxation & romance for couples in a tranquil valley setting. No smoking, not suitable for children. All suites are air conditioned and have private entrances, balconies, ensuites & parking. Guest facilities include lounge, dining, library, tea & coffee facilities, fireplace and acres of gardens. Tariff includes breakfast, and port and chocolates each evening. Free Transfers to some local restaurants. **Please note: A credit card must be produced on check in otherwise a $50 key deposit will apply. |

| Getting There |
Traveling Directions From Sydney Enter the F3 Freeway at Wahroonga / Hornsby just North from Sydney and proceed for approximately 25 minutes to the Gosford exit just past the Mooney Mooney Bridge. Exit the Freeway at the Gosford / Woy Woy exit and follow the Pacific Highway towards Gosford. At Gosford and the roundabout at North Power Stadium, turn right and follow Memorial Drive along the waterfront. At the set of traffic lights turn right and follow this road through the suburbs of East Gosford towards Erina along The Central Coast Highway (The Entrance Rd). After about 2.5 km turn right at the traffic lights into Avoca Drive. Drive through the suburbs of Green Point and Kincumber, passing McDonalds on your right. Approximately 1/2 km past McDonalds you will see a large roundabout after Kincumber School with two options either turn left or right. Turn left staying on Avoca Drive. We are located approximately 1 km on your left hand side at number 243. There are RTA orange road markers in the middle of the road exactly in front of our driveway. Look for the two rocks marking the driveway. Once through the driveway turn right onto the concrete drive. From Newcastle Traveling South towards Newcastle using either the New England Highway or Pacific Highway, enter the F3 Freeway at Hexham. There is no need to enter Newcastle as it is bypassed by the Freeway. Travel along the F3 Freeway for approximately 40 minutes and exit at the Wyong / The Entrance / Yarramalong exit. At the top of the exit turn left and follow Wyong Road past the Westfield Shoppingtown. Follow Wyong Road for approximately 10 kms until you reach the roundabout at The Central Coast Highway (The Entrance Rd). Turn right and follow The Entrance Rd for approximately 8 kms and turn left at the roundabout into Ocean View Drive. Follow Ocean View Drive for 2.5kms until you reach the Terrigal roundabout. Turn right and proceed to the second set of traffic lights and turn left into Charles Kay Drive. Proceed to the top of the hill and at the roundabout turn right onto Scenic Hwy. Travel to next roundabout and continue straight ahead. This road is now Avoca Drive. We are located approximately 1 km on your right hand side at number 243.
