Heated lagoon pool and spa. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 storey penthouse loft apartment on the 5th Floor of the Landmark Resort. Upstairs is the main bedroom with ensuite with spa. The second bedroom is downstairs with own bathroom. Living area opens onto balcony. All apartments have views of the Bay. Landmark Resort is situated in Dowling Street, at the top of Nelson Bay adjacent to Nelson Bay Bowling Club. Tennis & Golf Club nearby. Short stroll to shops, restaurants and marina and Nelson Bay Beach. Apartments are privately owned and operated. Keys to be collected from our main office - Casablanca At Little Beach, Gowrie Ave., Nelson Bay. Please bring beach towels. Bath towels are supplied. APARTMENTS SERVICED EVERY SECOND DAY. ************************************************* IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE We have supplied cooking and eating utensils for your convenience. It is the guests responsibility to wash and wipe all equipment used and to leave the apartment in a tidy condition. Please proceed to our reservations office at Casablanca at Little Beach, which is located on Gowrie Ave., Nelson Bay. Follow signs into Nelson Bay, go past waterfront and Marina, as if heading towards Shoal Bay. Follow road around, up slight hill past Nelson Bay RSL Club, turn next left at roundabout (Gowrie Ave). From here you will receive check in instructions and exact property location for Casablanca In Landmark Resort, which is only a 2 minute drive from the office. |
