We have 10 ground floor units which include 1 studio (queen bed), 3 self-contained with queen-sized beds, 5 two bedroom units ranging from queen/twin to queen/bunkbeds and one 3 bedroom unit with 2 queens and 6 bunkbeds. All units are non smoking, have coloured TVs and linen is provided (changed weekly); there is a small fee if you require more towels or sheets etc. There are microwaves in all the self-contained units. Whirly birds (wind turbines) have been installed on the roofs and vented into all the units except for the Studio. There are fans in all the living and sleeping areas. We have a 6m x 3m swimming pool which is heated by a solar mat and the pool's temperature is over 25C 8 months of the year. We are located in Noosaville, 300 m from the Noosa River and the 'restaurant precinct', and 600 m from the Noosaville Shopping Village which includes Woolworths, a Post Office, a chemist, ATMs and a liquor supermarket (Dan Murphys). We are 300 m from a bus stop and less than 400 m from a Noosa Ferry pickup point. We are close to boat/jetski hire operators and the picturesque river esplanade which has about 20 electric BBQs which are free to the public. We have tour brochures in the office and we can book your tour and most of the tour operators will pick you up directly from Sandy Court. Sandy Court caters for couples and family groups and is not suitable for young groups. We have a restricted noise code. |

Unit 7 Queens/ bunks
Unit 7 Self-contained 3 bedroom family unit. It has two bedrooms with a queen sized bed in each and 6 bunkbeds in the third. Rates are for 4 pax.$15 extra per adult(16+)/night and $5 per child. The maximum occupancy is 10. All linen is provided. No groups Rates are for 4 people. Extra adults $15.00. Extra children $5.00. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults, and a maximum of 6 children but cannot exceed 10 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

| Getting There |
Sandy Court is situated at 30 James Street, Noosaville.James Street runs off Gympie Terrace which is the main road beside the Noosa River.We are about 3Kms from the main bus terminal at Noosa Heads. The local 'Sunbus' (626 & 627) will drop you off at the James St/Gympie Tce bus stop (Massoud Park) and they run every 15 minutes and the 626 & 627 operate from about 6.30am to 6.30pm 7 days a week. We are about 300 metres up James St., just past the Elizabeth Street intersection. The Taxi phone number is 131 008. Greyhound do 5 trips daily from Brisbane 7 days a week. If you book with Greyhound ask them if you can disembark at Massoud Park because that will save you a connection with the Sunbus. |

We have 8 undercover parks and 6 other outside parking sites on the premises. Guests can also park on the road. |
