Terms & conditions

A three night minimum stay applies to all bookings.

Check-in time is 2.00pm. Alternative arrangements can be requested prior to arrival but subject to availability.

No pets are allowed at Port Douglas Hideaway Villa B.

A complimentary mid-stay service clean is included in the tariff for all bookings eight nights and over. Additional services are available on request and will incur a service charge.

Loss of keys and remotes will be charged to the Guests at the discretion of the owner. A replacement charge of $50 for keys or remotes will be charged.

Excessive noise is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

All personal belongings, baggage, vehicles and other property of the Guest of any description shall be the risk of the Guest at all times and neither Wotif nor the owner accepts any responsibility for any loss or damage thereto.

We appreciate that Port Douglas Hideaway Villa B will be returned to us in the condition presented on arrival. Any excessive cleaning required or garbage removal will incur additional charges.

Breakages or damages not caused by normal wear and tear will be charged to your credit card if necessary. Please note that it is not our intention to charge for replacement or accidental broken crockery.

Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total booking cost. Payment is accepted by direct bank deposit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard only). Payment details will be provided to you via email once your booking is processed through Wotif.com Full payment must be received within 30 days prior to check in. Any bookings made within 30 days prior to check in must be paid immediately. Failure to pay the full cost by the due date shall be treated as a cancellation.

Bond details

Credit Card details are held by us until a departure check has been carried out by the property manager.
