The entrance and double internal garaging both lead to the main level, with its open plan living and dining area. These in turn step out to a sheltered and sun-kissed terrace and balcony, offering seamless flow for yourself and guests. There is a guest bathroom on the same level, connecting by stairs to the two King bedrooms each with own bathroom and outstanding sea views. A spacious office/3rd bedroom is located on the mezzanine floor above the kitchen and lounge.
Our only home with views across Tahunanui Beach and one of the few properties in Nelson with these views plus convenience to the city centre and the Northern waterfront, home to a number of award winning eateries and the Abel Tasman ferry.
