Situated on the beach in Broadbeach, Mint Broadbeach is close to Kurrawa Beach, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and Jupiters Casino. Also nearby are Oasis Shopping Centre and Broadbeach Mall
Payments made direct to hotels by Diners or Amex will incur a 3.5% fee. All Visa and Masttercard payments incur a 1.65% fee. Debit cards will not be accepted as a guarantee - a credit card must be supplied upon arrival.
This property is not suitable for "Schoolies" bookings. Please be aware that the property has an age restriction policy in place for the period of 11 Nov - 12 Dec 2013, where all guests must be over 21 years of age or children must be accompanied by parents.

| Bond details | A $200 pre-authorisation will be taken on arrival. This must be on valid credit card of person making the reservation and a copy of Photo Id will be held. A debit card will not be accepted. The hold will remain for up to 5 business days after departure. |
| Payment details | A $200 deposit at time of reservation to be processed by property (Unless stay is arriving December 24th – January 25th where a $500 deposit is taken). Full balance payment is required upon arrival or keys will not be issued and deposit will be forfeited. Balance payment can be made with EFTPOS (no surcharges), Visa or Mastercard (1.65% surcharge), Diners or American Express (3.5% surcharge). Balance payment can be made via EFT however must be received and cleared in our account 7 days prior to arrival. Please contact the property should you prefer to pay via this method. |

Mint Broadbeach is located within 177 Old Burleigh Road on the Corner of George Ave and Anne Ave. From Brisbane Airport - Follow the signs to Gold Coast and take the Southport/Surfers Paradise exit. Follow signs to Broadbeach. Turn left into Hooker Blvd off Gold Coast Highway, the property is on Old Burleigh Road on the corner of George Ave and Anne Ave Broadbeach. |
