Bayridge is a delightful, pet friendly, self-contained cottage, extremely well located between the city of Melbourne and Port Melbourne beach with easy access to public transport. This exceptional cottage is well presented and superbly equipped with lovely decor designed to make you feel at home. Relax in the comfortable sofas of the lounge room and enjoy the TV/DVD with Foxtel, plenty of reading material and access to the internet through wireless broadband. There is a second TV with Foxtel in the open plan kitchen/dining area which opens onto the courtyard where you can enjoy outdoor dining and BBQ's. The sparkling white bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath and the laundry is complete with washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed which can be converted into two singles if required and is fitted with luxurious linen sheets. The loft style second bedroom is accessed by a fixed ladder with a view out over the courtyard - great fun for kids!

Bayridge is the ideal accommodation for a couple or a family of four looking for accommodation in Melbourne and is perfect for those looking for relocation accommodation. Being pet friendly, we are happy to discuss well behaved pets staying as well.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations or changes to bookings for this room will not be permitted for any reason. Once confirmed a booking cannot be refunded or altered in any way.

Bond details A valid credit card is required as security for all bookings. Furthermore, a security bond of $500 may also be requested by the Property Manager.
Payment details A total deposit of 50% of our fee is required to confirm your booking if you book more than 3 weeks prior to your arrival. The first 10% the payment is paid to WOTIF, the other 40% to Boutique Stays. If you book less than 3 weeks prior to your arrival, the total fee (i.e. 100%) must be paid to confirm your booking. The first 10% of the payment is paid to WOTIF, the other 90% to Boutique Stays. The balance of payment will be charged to the same credit card that was used to pay the deposit (unless we are informed otherwise), 10 days prior to your arrival.

Arrival instructions Self check in service is provided. A credit card is required by the property manager as security for damages. We will contact you after your booking is confirmed to request this and provide additional check in details.

Getting there From the airport:

Public transport - take the Skybus to Southern Cross Station and walk 500m across the Bourke St pedestrian overpass. Take the Route 96 tram towards St Kilda Beach. Get off at stop 126-City Rd/Light Rail (South Melbourne), Walk TO Cecil St/City Rd (Southbank). Take the Route 250 bus towards Garden City. Get off at stop Nott St/Graham St (Port Melbourne) and walk about 70 metres to Bay Street.

Taxi/Car - take the Tullamarine Freeway/Citylink towards Melbourne. Take exit M1 toward West Gate Bridge. Follow signs for Todd Rd. Turn left onto Prohasky St. Take the 3rd left onto Williamstown Rd. Turn right onto Graham St. Turn right onto Bay St.
Parking On street parking is available with a parking permit supplied at the property.
