The Country House
Situated in a rural setting on 17 acres, The Country House is located on the crest of a hill with stunning views that stretch over beautiful grazing land to the Great Dividing Range. It is an idyllic retreat. The massive wrap-around veranda is the perfect spot from which to watch the panoramic sunsets over the distant mountains.
Modern and stylishly appointed, the Country House provides superb accommodation for up to eight people in four large bedrooms - two with French doors that open to the wide, downstairs veranda to make the most of the splendid, rural views. The master suite has its own outside sitting area on a private balcony that looks out to mountain ranges and adjacent wetland bird sanctuary.
The Country House is fully self-contained with large dining and living areas perfect for groups and/or families. The lounge room has been fitted out with comfort in mind with an open fireplace, large lounges and huge windows that maximise the views.
A barbeque on the veranda and outside seating for eight makes it perfect for alfresco dining during the warmer months.
The Cottage
The cottage is located in private surrounds and is fully self-contained. It enjoys stunning views across farmland to the Great Dividing Range. It is ideal for a couple seeking a peaceful, comfortable, country getaway but can easily accommodate four guests.
The cottage is perfectly located to enjoy the best the NSW south coast has to offer ? rolling countryside, rugged mountains, beautiful national parks and spectacular beaches. It is ideally situated a short distance to both Moruya township and the pristine Dolphin Beach.

| Getting there | From Sydney (Princes Highway) Moruya is 300km from Sydney along the Princes Highway Take the Princes Highway through the Moruya township, following it left at the first roundabout after the shops (used car yard on left) Continue along through the next roundabout keeping the Moruya Golf Course on your right Turn first left onto South Head Road The Knoll is located 2.2km along South Head Road on the left hand side From Canberra (Kings Highway) Moruya is 170km from Canberra along the Kings and Princes Highways Take Canberra Avenue out of Canberra, getting onto the Kings Highway at Queanbeyan At Batemans Bay, take the Princes Highway south for about 30km until you reach the Moruya township Follow the Princes Highway left at the first roundabout after the shops (used car yard on left) Continue along through the next roundabout keeping the Moruya Golf Course on your right Turn first left onto South Head Road The Knoll is located 2.2km along South Head Road on the left hand side |
