Bond details
No security bond is required. Your credit card information will be retained as a bond. Guests must agree to property Terms and Conditions prior to arrival. An agreement form will be emailed to guests at time of booking and guests must tick agreement boxes and return to supplier. Guests are asked to leave the house in good order. Excessive cleaning will incur a fee of $50 from the credit card.
Payment details Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment will be accepted by EFT (electronic funds transfer) only. Bank details will be supplied after your reservation is confirmed. Personal identification required on arrival. Credit card details are required as a bond for each booking.
Business facilities WIFi available at cafe opposite houses.

Arrival instructions Guests will be personally contacted prior to arrival to establish anticipated arrival time, confirm directions to their reserved house and will be checked in by the owners on arrival.

Getting there Beachside Prevelly Villas are 10km west of Margaret River township, on the coast.

At the top of the main street, Bussell Highway, turn right into Wallcliffe Road. Travel 5km to Caves Road junction. Turn left onto Caves Road, then immediately right back into Wallcliffe Road. Travel 5km. Turn right into Surfers Point Road, then left into Mitchell Drive at the bottom of the hill. You will drive past a church on the left, then C-Gardens cafe on the left. Beachside Prevelly Villas is on the right side opposite the cafe.
Parking Undercover garage parking at the front door of each house.

Winery self drive tour 10 minutes from houses. Visit five world class wineries and restaurants.

Within half an hour north or south are fine art and craft galleries, caves, forests, and pristine beaches.
