The new Viscount Apartment is a three bedroom, one bathroom, two WC apartment located at the eastern end of the Perth CBD. The apartment is situated in a complex with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and secure parking for one car.
The apartment is laid out with three bedrooms, one bathroom, two WC, a living area, kitchen, laundry and two balconies.
The apartment sleeps up to 7 people and is equipped with a queen size bed, two single beds and double bed with single upper bunk. A portable cot and highchair are available at no extra charge.
The apartment has two balconies, with one looking down over the pool and garden area. An ideal spot for a pre-dinner drink.
The apartment is located on the top floor (3rd) and is accessed by stairs. It is situated in the centre of the complex, well away from any roads, so you can enjoy the convenience of being in the Perth City Centre, but in a quiet oasis.
The apartment is totally self-contained, equipped and serviced before your stay. Additional servicing is available on request.
Please note that our apartments are in residential apartment buildings, with the majority of residents working during the week.
We therefore ask you to please respect the other tenants and ensure that you return to the apartment quietly without disturbing other residents and that whilst around the pool you do not make too much noise.
