| Getting there | By car: From Sydney, take the M2/M7 to the Richmond Road exit. Follow Richmond Road through Richmond, and then follow signs to Lithgow. Travel down Kurrajong Road, which becomes Bells Line of Road. After driving through the lights at North Richmond, turn right approx. 500m down Crooked Lane. Follow the main road sealed road (becomes Slopes Road, then Maddens Road, the Crooked Lane again). Coonimbil is on the corner of Branders Lane and Crooked Lane. Alternatively, there is train access to Richmond station, and the house is approx. 10 - 15 minutes from Richmond by taxi. |

Richmond Golf Club, Grose River Golf Course and Kurrajong Hills Golf Course are all in close proximity. North Richmond has a Coles and Franklins supermarkets for shopping as well as butcher, fruit market and numerous takeaways. Richmond Marketplace has further shopping options.
