Sirenia Retreat is a stunning waterfront, four bedroom holiday home overlooking Dalpura Bay. This property takes relaxing to a new level.
The front of the upper level of this beautiful home is an entire wall of glass to maximise the amazing views from the living areas. This light filled open plan area contains a modern kitchen with an island bench, comfortable living area with a faux fire for chilly nights, dining area, huge day bed to laze around on and it opens onto a deck overlooking the boats moored below. The deck has an eight person outdoor dining suite with chairs folding down to sun loungers, BBQ and is the perfect spot to lose yourself in the ever-changing waterscape.
The master bedroom has its own private deck, queen size bed, antique robe and ensuite. Bedroom two is large and light filled with a queen-size bed and antique robe. Sirenia Retreat’s third bedroom has a single bed, cot and change table. The fourth bedroom has a single bed and built-in robes. The bathroom is reminiscent of a ships cabin with spa bath, stand alone shower and sloping ceilings.
Downstairs is a large entertaining area with more fantastic views, TV, DVD, pool table and a fold out sofa bed for extra guests. There is an extra shower room, full laundry and lock up parking.
This is a house in which to do nothing but relax and enjoy.

| Getting there | To reach Macleay Island you catch a water taxi or vehicle barge from the seaside suburb of Redland Bay. The water taxi departure point is at the southern end of Banana St. It takes approximately 15 minutes to reach Macleay Island. Bay Islands Transit System can be contacted on 07 3206 8033 for timetable information and fares. If you would like to bring a car, the vehicle barge departure point is approximately an hour drive from both Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Located on Weinham Street, Redland Bay it takes approximately 40 minutes to reach the island. Bay Islander Service can be contacted on 07 3488 5300 for timetable information and fares. It is rich in native flora and fauna, edged with mangrove foreshores and sandy beaches, providing respite from the outside world. An eco-tourism dream and bird watcher’s nirvana, the island offers a variety of experiences. The calm waters are great for swimming, fishing, sea kayaking and snorkeling. Visitors can enjoy gourmet breakfasts, champagne sunsets, al fresco dining, arts & crafts or curl up with a book and just relax.
