Breezes Holiday House
"Breezes" is a multilevel house with four upstairs bedrooms, and a self-contained, two bedroom flat downstairs with plenty of room for two large families.
Off street parking is available and there are plenty of beds, rooms and TV's throughout the property. The general feeling of "Home" is what this house exudes and would comfortably fit a large family or two.
Breezes is located in a quiet location that backs on to bushland and is only a 10 minute walk to Cylinder beach. Outside is a large undercover paved patio with BBQ, outdoor setting and outside shower.

| Bond details | A credit card security bond of $1000 will need to be signed prior to check in with a guest registration upon collecting keys. This document will be destroyed after check out, and once the property has been checked by Discover's staff. |
| Payment details | 1. DEPOSIT: To confirm your booking you will be required to pay not less than 50% of the value of the accommodation booking arranged on your behalf by Discover Stradbroke Real Estate. 2. BALANCE OF PAYMENT: Full and final payment must be made 60 days prior to your arrival. In the event that your arrival date is less than 60 days from the date you book, full payment is payable at the time of booking. 3. NO DEPOSIT RECEIVED BY DUE DATE: If for any reason your deposit is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking and apply appropriate cancellation charges. |

| Getting there | From the Ferry Terminal at Dunwich, drive 20km to Point Lookout, turn right into Mintee Street and come to the Discover Stradbroke office to check in. Further directions to your property will be provided on check in. If arriving outside of hours, please contact us during office hours to obtain this information. The only way to get to the island is through ferry transfer. The trip takes around 40 minutes with the boats leaving from Toondah Harbour in Cleveland on a regular basis. Both walk on and vehicle travel is available. |
