It is conveniently situated only a short drive to Burleigh Beach or to Surfers Paradise and Theme Parks.

This property features porcelain tiled floors throughout, and a state of the art gourmet kitchen. There are twin satellite TV dishes at the property which pick up Austar and over 50 European stations.

It has a new modern kitchen with a gas cooker and electric oven, microwave, water steamer plus all amenities, cookware, plenty of crockery and a dishwasher . The breakfast table in the kitchen will comfortably seat up to eight people.

The home has a spacious, very comfortable lounge, sofa and ottoman with a TV and DVD player. Many interesting pictures and wall art are featured throughout the home.

If you like your music, the rear lounge has a stunning Bang & Olufsen sound system. If you have never heard this type of stereo, then a great experience awaits.

The main bedroom has Austar TV a king sized bed and bedside tables. A walk-in wardrobe provides ample storage for your clothes together with a luxury open plan ensuite. The en-suite is well appointed to include a double spa bath, separate shower, double vanities and separate toilet. The adjoining balcony provides stunning views of the hinterland and includes table and chairs setting.

The second and third bedrooms are fitted with two king single beds and both rooms have wardrobes and bedside tables. A sofa bed is also available if needed for extra sleeping space. All bed linen towels etc will be provided.

The modern, well appointed black porcelain tiled bathroom has a shower, and bath, two washbasins and a toilet. This luxury home has all you need for a comfortable stay.

The downstairs, large covered patio with table and chairs setting has a built in gas fired char grill, great for steaks! A fun evening can be had by all, around the full size billiard table playing snooker, pool or billiards.

This luxury residence is suitable for one or more families who like to enjoy the total calm and privacy of the hinterland and yet is only a short drive to the heart of Surfers Paradise, with its world famous beaches and amenities.

An adjacent managers office is available for your personal requirements, where a resident onsite attendant is at your disposal to arrange things such as car hire, golf bookings, babysitting, show tickets and much more. A vehicle is essential as town is only a few minutes drive away.
