There is also ducted heating and cooling throughout the house. The main bathroom includes separate bath, shower, laundry with washing machine and dryer. Fully equipped country kitchen, with separate dining and lounge.
Step outside through the French doors into the huge covered entertainment area with B.B.Q.
Continue to stroll down the brick pathway through the garden to the rear of the garden to the Cubby house and sandpit.
The property is pet friendly, with a fully fenced and secure back yard.
There is a single garage with ample off-street parking for further vehicles in the driveway secure behind a fully fenced front yard.

| Bond details | A $200.00 Security Bond is required for all Bookings. The Bond is payable by direct bank transfer to the owner 7 days prior to your arrival date. Provided no additional charges have been incurred, the bond will be refunded to your nominated bank account within three (3) business days following your stay. Deductions may be made for the repair or replacement of damaged, lost or stolen property; excessive cleaning fees and lost keys. |
