The main entry leads into a generous size contemporary style open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Tastefully decorated including original artworks, leather lounge, large flat screen TV enormous quality dining setting, large ceiling to floor windows complemented by a feature gas log fireplace with additional ducted heating and cooling. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bench. Glass sliding doors opening out to a rear, fully enclosed, courtyard/entertainment area consisting of an outdoor setting, gas BBQ and outdoor shower.
The master bedroom features a king size bed and includes a TV, DVD player, ceiling to floor windows and a large sliding door leading out to the rear courtyard to soak up the morning sunshine. There is a great size en-suite with a spa bath to relax in on your get away. In a separate wing you will find two other bedroom’s which comprise of a queen size bed in one, and a triple bunk configuration with a spare foldaway in the other. The wing also has its own bathroom with a huge deep bath and separate toilet.
Other rooms include a study with a well stocked library and a laundry with washing facilities.
