Luxury Nest by the Bay is one of the most beautiful holiday homes located on Victoria’s picturesque Mornington Peninsula.
Award winning golf courses are on your doorstep including the world renowned Moonah Links Golf Complex, designed by Greg Norman. The region now hosts 200 small scale vineyards and more than 50 cellar doors where you can sample a diverse and impressive collection of fine wines.
Sorrento, with its fabulous cafes and reputation for shopping is a short 20 minute drive away. Total relaxation is a mere ten minute drive away at the Mornington Peninsula Hot Springs, the first natural hot springs and day spa centre in Victoria.
The location is perfect for the keen fisherman too, being close to the fantastic aquatic playground of Port Phillip Bay. Fishing charters depart from Rosebud Boat Ramp every day of the year. To top it all off, there are acres of sandy beaches for leisurely strolls and pristine blue waters perfect for cooling off in the summer months.
The house itself is two storeys of pure luxury, boasting five bedrooms and sleeping up to 10 guests. It has marble floors throughout and is fully fitted with fully equipped kitchen and laundry, TV, DVD, video, PlayStation, hi fi system and BBQ. There is also heating and air-conditioning.
