It has just been painted and refurbished and sleeps 10-12 guest comfortably with large bedrooms and big backyard.

Lounge, kitchen, Dining area, Bathroom, Outdoor Entertaining Undercover Area with BBQ and patio heater, Laundry, 2 Toilets, floor boards throughout and air conditioning in lounge and bungalow.

42 inch Plasma TV,Foxtel ,DVD Player ,PS2 ,Stereo with iPod dock, 2 Couches, Air Conditioning and Heating.
Kitchen:
Fully Self Contained Kitchen with Microwave, Stove, Oven and other Appliances.
(Cleaning agents, clothes and tea towels, coffee,tea and milk supplied)
Bathroom:
Shower, bath, toilet and haridryer.
Laundry:
Washing machine, dryer and 2nd toilet.
(Toilet paper and washing detergent supplied)

Off street parking for 4 cars with gated front yard

If you need 12 sleeper accommodation, you must request it in booking and it is an additional $20 per night.
**Linen and towels can be supplied for $20 per guest/ per stay**

| Bond details | Bond of $600.00 is required for all bookings. This is to be paid via direct bank deposit into our account one week prior to your stay. The bond will be held until the end of your stay, and will be returned within two business days pending satisfactory vacate. |
