The open plan living area has a 6 seat Leather chaise with 42" Plasma with DVD, Split System Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning, Dining setting for 6. The fully equipped kitchen has gas stove and electric oven and Dish Washer.
There are 3 bedrooms all beds and bedding are brand new, and linen is provided.
The main bathroom is equipped with a 2 person Spa bath, shower and vanity with separate toilet.
The Master Bedroom has a private Ensuite and LCD TV.
Guests have complimentry full use of the pool facilities in the neighbouring Motel, but have their own private yard and BBQ area for Entertaining outdoors.

| Getting there | By car: Drive to the end of the Mornington Peninsula Freeway. Continue straight onto the Freeway extension. Turn right at the roundabout onto Boneo Road. Follow Boneo Road to the end and turn left at the traffic lights. The Rosebud Motel is 3km on the left hand side. |

| Things to do | The Peninsula Hot Springs is a convenient five minute drive away where guests can indulge in a dip in the thermal waters or enjoy a massage. It’s also just a short drive to world class golf courses, wineries and antiques centres/galleries. Great restaurants adorn the Peninsula and are only a short drive away as well. |
