A light and airy, architecturally designed, fully contained studio. Private street entry with access up to your polished wooden floors and into a gourmet kitchen complete with all your cooking needs including a full sized fridge, pantry, Miele hotplate, conventional microwave oven, dishwasher, pots, pans, plates, glasses and cooking utensils etc. Tea, coffee, linen and bath and beach towels are all included.
(Gourmet baskets such as champagne picnic and breakfast hampers can be ordered for your arrival).
Sea breezes flow through the separate main room which includes your luxurious queen sized bed, walk in robe, sofa lounge, 40" Sony Bravia flat screen TV, DVD player and DVD library, Stereo and CD library. This studio provides enclosed laundry facilities, eating area and separate bathroom which includes a full sized vanity with mirror, shower and toilet.

| Bond details | A credit card is required as a security bond for your booking. The conditions of our security bond require that you leave the property as it was on arrival and there are no guests additional to that as confirmed on my booking. Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. Disturbance to the neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of rental and loss of the balance of rent. Any damages to the property and any breakages or non return of keys will be charged to the tenant’s credit card. You will be required to sign a bond form confirming that you agree to this. Further information will be provided to you once your booking has been confirmed. |

| Getting there | Travelling south from Fremantle via South Terrace turn left at Duro Rd and then first right into Hickory St. Follow to end of street. On the free Fremantle "CAT" bus route- stop off at Sealanes. |

| Things to do | Walk, cycle or take the free CAT "hop on hop off" bus to cafes, shopping and tourist sights - Fremantle is at your doorstep and is renowned for its history and vibrant atmosphere. Located in a beautiful port city, where the Swan River meets the Indian Ocean, Fremantle offers a broad range of world class wining and dining choices both along the cappuccino strip and on the waters edge in fishing boat harbor. If retail therapy is in order then you won't be disappointed. Shopping ranges from exclusive boutiques to Aboriginal Art and the famous Fremantle Markets where you can buy anything imaginable including fresh fruit, vegetables and seafood. If the shopping gets too much, you can sit at one of the many alfresco dining and entertainment areas with many iconic pubs such as Sail and Anchor. Here you can enjoy a cold pint (try the superb local fish and chips!!) and be entertained by the street buskers. Leaving every 10 minutes, the free CAT bus route takes you to the many tourist sites such as the Fremantle Prison, Art or Marine Museums and the ferry cruise terminal.
