This very stylish and modern house has a great location, in a quiet street and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. It is situated just 400 metres from the Tootgarook foreshore and Gunnamatta Surf Beach, Restaurants, Hot Springs, many Golf Courses, Arthurs Seat and markets are all close by.
There are 3 bedrooms in the main house which provide a queen bed and 4 singles (2 bunks).
The living areas (Living room, dining room, study area) spill out onto the main entertaining deck and the spacious back garden which is fully enclosed. Firenze has a Conara log fire, floor ducted heating, air conditioning, wireless broadband, big screen TV, DVD player, books, games and garden area. Washing machine, dishwasher and all kitchen utensils and crockery are provided. An iron and ironing board are also available should you get the urge.
In the garden there is a one bedroom bungalow with a bathroom, lounge and a second deck.
Whether you are looking for a home away from home, a place to relax, or even a place to get away and do some work, then we are perfect for you. We recommend eating breakfast on the back deck, backyard football, drinks on the front veranda watching the sunset, a DVD night in front of the TV with take away pizza from one of our many local pizza shops or just sitting in the garden reading a book or admiring our flowers.
The property can accommodate 4 cars and a boat. There is also on street parking available for two cars.
