Tranquil house set on over three acres just 200m from secluded beach. Close to Port Arthur

The Treehouse sits on over three acres of natural bushland just a 200m stroll to a secluded ocean beach. The fully furnished house has two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen sized bed and the other with two single beds. The upstairs balcony is ideal for that morning coffee and book or magazine. Downstairs there is a gourmet kitchen, separate dining room, two living rooms, laundry, bathroom and separate dressing room. There is a wrap around verandah and back decking for informal living and BBQs. The Treehouse is comfortably furnished and is fully self contained.

Located at Eaglehawk Neck on the Tasman Peninsula, the Treehouse is named because of its quiet secluded location. The only sounds you will hear are birds, soft breezes in the trees and of course the ocean and is the ideal setting for a break from reality. A short stroll down a private track leads to a secluded beach, ideal for swimming, fishing, surfing or just chilling out.

The Treehouse is ideally situated to explore the natural and historic attractions and activities associated with the Tasman Peninsula area, such as the Port Arthur Historic Sites, deep sea fishing, bush walking, diving, surfing and eco cruising.
