This delightful two level timber home is spacious and attractive with polished timber floors and rainforest views from all windows. It is child friendly with verandahs on three sides with child proof gates - adults can relax and unwind in this house. View the abundant wildlife of wallabies, colourful parrots and rainforest birds from the verandahs. Great yard for that game of cricket or frisbee with the children. The house has two bedrooms plus a loft with a spacious bathroom with shower/bath and heat lamps.

Features include gas BBQ, rainforest views, great children?s play area, log fire, two TVs and two DVD/VCR combos, video library, CD/Stereo radio, electric blankets, washing machine and drier.

Bond details ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES. Upon arrival at our office, please formally accept our terms and conditions. A preauthorisation for 1 night’s accommodation (at the base rate) is required by MasterCard or Visa credit card. (Please Note Bunya Mountain Lodge requires $500). This is held for 5 working days by your bank, and then released back onto your card. If you do not have a credit card, a $200 bond will be required in cash or as an eftpos transaction. Once your chalet has been cleaned and inspected, this bond will be mailed to you by cheque and/or your preauthorisation details shredded.
Payment details PAYMENT DETAILS & CHECK BOOKING DATES. To secure this booking you are required to pay a deposit to Wotif.com and a further 50 % deposit to Bunya Mountains Accommodation Centre within 2 days of the booking date. The balance is payable on or before arrival. Phone (07) 4668 3126 to pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or obtain direct credit details. If arriving within 2 days of booking, the deposit is required immediately. Guests are required to check their booking receipt details and contact our office immediately should there be any discrepancies.
Business facilities Camelot Conference Centre can comfortably seat 140. Facilities include electronic whiteboard, 50" wall mounted TV with DVD, data projector and screen, lectern, microphone and stand. Phone, fax and photocopying services available at Bunya Mountains Accommodation Office. Please note the Camelot Conference Centre has to be booked separately from the Bunya Mountains Accommodation Centre.
Arrival 1400hrs
Arrival instructions Check-in at the Bunya Mountains Accommodation Centre Office for access and map to your accommodation. One night's bond is required to be paid by credit card to be held for five working days by the bank then released after inspection of the property.
Departure 1000hrs
Getting there You will need to drive to the Bunyas.

Do not use GPS as it will send you the wrong and long-winded way.

By road the Bunya Mountains are situated:

45 minutes drive (60km) from Kingaroy, Dalby and Nanango
90 minutes (110km) from Toowoomba
2 hours from Caboolture
2 to 3 hours (240km) from Brisbane, (220km) from Sunshine Coasts
3 hours (320km) from Gold Coast and (300km) from Hervey Bay

From Brisbane:
Northern / Eastside Residents:
Drive to Caboolture and take D'Aguilar Highway to Yarraman. Follow directions from Yarraman (below).

Westside / Southern Residents:
Drive towards Ipswich and take Toowoomba turn off. Through Toowoomba follow Oakey signs and continue on Warrego Highway.

From Toowoomba:
Drive 44km to Jondaryan and take the Bunya Mountains turn-off to right. Travel a further 65km through Quinalow and Maclagan following signs to Bunya Mountains. Turn left at Maclagan towards Bunya Mountains /Dandabah. A small section of road on this route is unsealed.

From Kingaroy:
Take the road to Kumbia and the Bunya Mountains / Dandabah. The journey is 56km via this route.

From Yarraman:
Take the Toowoomba turn-off. Drive 21km; take Maidenwell/ Bunya Mountains turn. Travel through Maidenwell to Bunya Mountains / Dandabah. 5km of unsealed section on this route.

From Dalby:
Travel 25km to Kaimkillenbun and then 30km to Bunya Mountains/Dandabah via Yamison.

There is no petrol outlet on Bunya Mountains.

Bunya Mountains Accommodation Office:
At the top of the range pass TV towers on your right. Proceed, observing slow signs for wallabies crossing, take right turn into Bunya Avenue Dandabah. Drive downhill past houses and two security gates to estates on your right. Turn right into next driveway (see sign) and our Office site is just to your right.
Parking All properties have plenty of parking space.
