Comprising three bedrooms and two bathrooms the house has the bonus of a separate self- contained one bedroom suite with additional bathroom/laundry/kitchenette - ideal for teenagers or in-laws!
Comfortably sleeps eight. The standard sleeping configuration is three queens and two singles.
Linen and bath towels provided - just bring towels for the pool and river.

| Getting there | Our address is 403 Barrington East Road, Barrington NSW 2422. Once you reach the main street of Gloucester (Church St), proceed to the roundabout at the end of the street. Turn left at the roundabout onto Thunderbolts Way. You will go past a service station on left and then over a small bridge and then the Bowling Club on the left. Go over the Gloucester River Bridge and continue for about km. When you drive into Barrington, stay on the main road until you come to the General Store on your left. Just past the store take the next road to the left. This is Barrington East Road. Follow this road for about 4km and then on the left hand side as you round a bend you will see the property ?Corumbene?. There is a white boom gate. Open this gate and drive up the dirt road to Barrington River House. We will be in touch a little closer to the time to organise what time to meet you. Have a safe trip. |

Positioned at the gateway to Barrington Tops, Barrington River House set over 432 acres is the ideal location for those wanting to explore the World Heritage listed National Parks and observe the breathtaking natural beauty of the area. Walk, picnic, canoe, swim or fish along the Barrington River. Catch and release dam stocked with silver perch will keep the kids occupied for hours! Lookout for the resident platypus at the riverbank or spot kangaroos, wallabies and rabbits. Bring some inner tubes and fly down the river! Lay by the pool and read a book or walk to the top of the hill or down to the river. Scenic drives, local cafes, great pubs, bushwalks, cattle sales on sale days, horseriding, canoeing, white water kayaking, large public swimming pool, downhill mountain biking, golf club (with bistro style food and chicken raffle on Friday nights) and tennis courts are all available within a 10 minute drive of Barrington River House. |
