The cottage is close to many other amenities including the Country Club, two golf courses, tennis courts, national parks, whale/dolphin cruises, fishing and diving charters, many wineries, award winning restaurants, walking tracks and cycle-ways. It is also only seven minutes to the pristine waters of Jervis Bay Marine Park.
Paradise Bungalow features polished floorboards. The main bedroom has a queen and trundle bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom has another living area and has two single beds plus a queen bed; perfect for a second family or teen retreat.The lounge room consists of a two-seat sofa and a three-seat sofa bed. The cottage has a single bathroom consisting of a shower, toilet and vanity. There is another shower in the laundry as well as an outdoor shower. A second toilet can be found outside.
Paradise Bungalow is pet friendly. The large yard is enclosed by a waist high wire fence - ideal for dogs.
There is a reverse cycle air conditioner, microwave oven, new dishwasher, two TVs, two DVD players, a CD player, MP3/iPod speakers, gas BBQ and a phone for local calls).
NOTE: Sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are not included but may be supplied for an extra $20 per person. Alternatively, you can bring your own sheets, pillowslips and towels.
We have a $500 bond which is payable the week before the letting and will be returned to you, if everything is in order, the week after check out.

| Getting there | Location: Sanctuary Point on St Georges Basin. From Sydney. 1. Travel 23km south of the Shoalhaven Bridge at Nowra, turn left at the sign for St. Georges Basin, Tomerong, Jervis Bay. This is Island Point Road. 2. Follow this road for 7km. At the second roundabout take the second exit. This road then becomes The Wool Rd. 3. At the third roundabout, turn right into Larmer Ave. Follow this road, which veers right into Paradise Beach Rd. Go past the shops (on left) and Country Club (on right). 4. At the third street past the Club turn left into Walmer Ave. 5. The house is about 250m down on the right The number is on the fence and the house. From Turpentine Rd (Via Nerriga). When you hit the Princes Hwy turn right on to the highway. Then turn next left at Island Point Rd and follow steps 1 to 5 above. |
