Upstairs, The Cottage has an enormous romantic loft bedroom with queen size bed and luxurious ensuite with Roman marble bath and shower.
The downstairs living area has all the comforts and facilties one would expect including comfortable quality furnishings, widescreen LCD TV, DVD, stereo with iPod dock and a gourmet kitchen with microwave and stainless steel appliances.
Venture outside and you have exclusive use of your own heated pool, spa, sundeck and gas BBQ, all set in lush tropical gardens and perfect for outdoor dining. The private first floor sundeck of The Cottage offers glorious sunset views over the mountains of the Great Dividing Range and north to the Daintree Rainforest.
Naturally, The Cottage has private laundry facilities and all linen, towels and beach towels provided. This sumptuous package is completed with air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, hair dryer, free local phone calls and free wi-fi internet connection.

| Getting there | An hour’s travel north from the City of Cairns and Cairns International Airport, Port Douglas Cottage nestles in the heart of Port Douglas Village at 4 Owen Street. Being so centrally located, guests at Port Douglas Cottage have no need to go to the expense of renting a car unless travelling out of town. All Port Douglas attractions are within easy walking distance. On request, transfers to and from Cairns International or Domestic Terminals can be arranged with one of the local transfer companies. Current charges are: Mini bus: $34 per person one way Standard limousine and driver: $175 one way Stretch limousine and driver: $260 one way Guests will be met at the airport arrivals carousel area by a driver displaying a placard with their name, and will be transported to our door.
