This fully self contained one bedroom, one bathroom luxury accommodation is located in North Melbourne and is only a 10-15 minute walk to Melbourne City and the Victoria Markets. Our apartment is elegantly styled and luxurious, with a spacious balcony, to enable you to relax with a glass of wine while enjoying the serenity.

| Bond details | The Guest must provide a credit card (not debit / pre-paid card) to cover incidental charges. The authorized signatory for the credit card must be a registered guest. (This is taken in the form of a signed credit card imprint & /or $500 pre-authorisation) / alternatively a $500 cash bond will be required and shall be returned to guest upon checkout subject to a room inspection. |
| Payment details | A total of 50% deposit is payable to secure a booking (first deposit paid to Wotif by credit card, then a further 40% of booking value to accommodation provider, as per below). Methods of payment for 40% Deposit :International & Local Guests- Visa/Mastercard 2%, AMEX 3.5% or by Direct Deposit for local guests only payable within 24hrs / last minute bookings credit card only) - balance is payable on arrival by cash or card (further details re payment options will be emailed). |

| Getting there | North Melbourne Retreat is located between Curzon St & Abbotsford Street. We are approximately 15 minutes from Melbourne Airport. Southern Cross Train station is approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk / 2.5kms from our apartment. We are easily accessible by a local tram service that runs along Abbotsford St. |
