Corindi Beach House offers pet friendly holiday accommodation providing all the convenience of a home away from home. It is ideal for a stopover between Sydney and Brisbane, or a romantic getaway, or for longer holiday accommodation. Up to two well-behaved pets are welcome.
Because it is only 200 metres from beautiful Corindi Beach the house enjoys refreshing sea breezes in the back garden and throughout the sleeping accommodation.
On the large deck at the rear of the property you can relax all day in the sun on the loungers, or enjoy a meal from the four burner BBQ at the dining setting under the enclosed area. The deck looks onto the tropical garden and the reserve at the rear of the property.
There are televisions in both the large open plan kitchen/family room and separate lounge room, and AUSTAR is available. Access to additional channels or movies can be arranged, subject to adequate notice.
There is a CD player in the family room, and a bookcase (well stocked with books) and games can be found in the lounge room.
The Corindi Beach House sleeps six, the bedrooms comprising:
- main bedroom with queen sized bed, ensuite and walk in robe
- second bedroom with queen sized bed and built-in wardrobe
- third and fourth bedrooms both with single beds and built-in robes
Linen is provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, kettle, hotplates, oven and fridge/freezer. We also supply plates, mugs, cooking utensils and glasses. A dishwasher is also provided to make your holiday a little easier.
Up to two well-behaved and house-trained dogs or cats are welcome at the Corindi Beach House. Pets are allowed inside, but they must be kept out of the bedrooms and off all furniture. The floors in all other areas of the house are tiled for your convenience.
There are two dog trampolines available, together with bowls, cat litter tray and pooper scooper bags. All animal messes must be cleaned up.
Corindi Beach is designated as a leash free area all year around, and the rear garden is pet secure.
There is a laundry in the garage with front loading washing machine, iron and ironing board. A washing line is immediately outside.
Refundable bond payable of $60 held against failure to comply with standard terms and conditions of rental. Bond will be requested by email following booking, and must be paid before booking confirmed.

| Getting there | From the North Head south on the Pacific Highway from Grafton for approximately 45km. Turn left into Coral Street at the sign for Red Rock and Corindi Beach. Follow Coral Street for 1.7km. The road bears left and becomes Pacific Street. Follow Pacific Street (past the Amble Inn) for 450 metres. As the road again bears left, turn right onto MacDougall Street, and right again after 100 metres into Jabiru Way. If you miss the turn off the Highway into Coral Street, continue a couple of kilometres further and turn left into Tasman Street, then follow the directions in the second paragraph below. From the South Head north from Coffs Harbour on the Pacific Highway for 26km or so. At Woolgoolga take the second exit at the roundabout and continue on the Pacific Highway for approximately 9km. At the signposts for Corindi Beach and Red Rock turn right onto Tasman Street. Go to the end of Tasman Street and turn right at the T intersection onto Pacific Street. Follow Pacific Street for 350 metres and as the road bears to the left turn right onto MacDougall Street. 100 metres down you turn right again into Jabiru Way. If you miss the turn into Tasman Street, continue a couple of kilometres further north on the Highway and turn right into Coral Street at the signs for Red Rock and Corindi Beach, and then follow the directions in the second and third paragraphs of 'From the North' above. We may be able to provide transfers from airports, bus and train stations at Coffs Harbour or Grafton. Please contact the manager. |

| Things to do | The area around Corindi Beach has almost everything for the outdoor enthusiast, including fishing, scuba diving and snorkelling, swimming, surfing, kayaking, coastal and bush walking. Take a day trip to the Solitary Island Marine Park for snorkelling, scuba diving or offshore fishing, or perhaps kayak on the 12km of navigable waterway on the Corindi River, or along one of the many other local river systems. Take a short walk on one of the local walking tracks such as Bare Bluff, Dammerels Head to Look At Me Now Headland. Or tackle part of the Yuraygir Coastal Walk, a sign posted 65km series of tracks, trails, beaches, and rock platforms linked by markers through the Yuraygir National Park, which has the longest stretch of undeveloped coastline of any national park in Australia. Visit Sherwood Creek Nature Reserve, just outside Woolgoolga, where an easy 3.5km walk can be followed from the Woolgoolga Picnic Area to the waterfall. Spend time at the Yarrawarra Aboriginal Cultural Centre, which contains the Wadjar regional indigenous art gallery and the Yuraal Bush Tucker Cafe. Take in the Guru Nanak Sikh Temple at Woolgoolga, the Lake Russell Gallery at Emerald Beach, or the Two Tails Winery at Glenreagh Watch humpback whales from Corindi or Woolgoolga Headlands on their annual migration May through June and again September through October. Play golf at Woolgoolga Golf Club (only five minutes away) a challenging 18 hole layout to test the keen golfer, but also an enjoyable round for social golfers. Four more golf clubs within roughly 40 minutes drive, and 11 golf clubs in total across the Coffs Coast. Relax at the Amble Inn, only 300 from Corindi Beach House, or lunch or dine al fresco at one of nearby Woolgoolga's restaurants. Take a scenic drive (4WD recommended) from Woolgoolga to Nana Glen or Glenreagh and discover a wide diversity of landscapes and plant communities, including subtropical rainforest and wet eucalypt forest. Follow the northern forests drive to experience nature reserves, lookout points, beaches and headlands, museums, galleries, zoo, historic villages with hotels/pubs, art galleries, gift shops and cafes, wineries, restaurants, picnic spots, pottery, woodcraft and jewellery makers. Take the 4WD for an outing on one of the numerous 4WD tracks in the area to eg Pebbly Beach, Rover Trail, Platypus Flat and Mobong Falls. Or take the family out for the day along Australia's third most scenic drive, the Waterfall Way, taking in Urunga, Bellingen and Dorrigo as part of a great day's outing. At Urunga go boating, swimming or fishing, or walk along the boardwalk through the mangroves to the ocean and afterwards a game of golf at the Urunga Club, or a bite to eat at one of the local cafes. Bellingen is renowned for its creative and artistic lifestyle, markets, cafes, festivals and other events. Visit the World Heritage-listed Gondwana Rainforests of the Dorrigo National Park. Lunch at one of the many cafes and restaurants in Sawtell, with its huge Moreton Bay figs. Take in a movie at the renovated 1920's cinema, explore the specialty shops and boutiques, relax on the beautiful beach, or perhaps visit the Surf Club Cafe overlooking the ocean for an al fresco meal while watching surfers or dolphins riding the waves. |
