Clarke Street Unit Two is a self contained, two bedrooms unit. It features a main bedroom with two single beds that can be zipped together on request. The unit has tiled floors, fans, air conditioning, security screens and a fully equipped kitchen. All linen and towels are supplied. On request we can also supply a port-a-cot, highchair and babies’ bath for those with young families. This unit is also wheelchair accessible with a disable ramp at the front and back doors and a disabled bathroom.
A BBQ, entertaining and smoking area is located at the back of the unit and has covering with a shade sail. There is also a fenced area for children can play safely. Being only five minutes by car to the beach, city and Castletown Shopping Centre, this unit is in a great location.

| Getting there | Follow road signs to the Airport and when you are on Meenan Street you will come to shops on both side of the street. Turn left before the shops and the unit is on the left. It is one of four units - you are Unit 1/ No 90 Clarke Street, Garbutt, Townsville. Unit number two is the back unit on the right. |
