The living pavilion is 100m2 of entertaining, dining, kitchen space with powder room and pantry.
With a rock wall built with stone collected from the property and two complete walls of glass. This is a spectacular room! Coupled with the largest Jetmaster open fire available and an unlimited supply of firewood, there can be no better place to spend the winter months!
8 meters of stainless steel kitchen bench tops with everything a cook could need ensures that catering for your family and friends is no chore.
The bedroom pavilion comprises two bedrooms straddling a large bathroom with double vanity and double shower. Bedrooms each have king size beds which can be split to provide two king singles. A roll away bed is available for extra guests.
The third pavilion contains a double garage and a stand-alone third bedroom with ensuite. This bedroom has a queen size bed.
The three pavilions are built around decks and feature numerous outdoor spaces to soak up the winter sun.

| Getting there | Take the Illawara Highway exit off the Hume Highway. Head west (inland) on Canyonleigh Rd. Drive along Canyonleigh Rd for 10.5km and turn right onto Tugalong Rd. Drive along Tugalong for 16kms and keep an eye out on the left and turn left onto Old Coowong Rd which is a private road. Travel along this road for approximately 2.5kms. Follow the road to the right (do not cross the cattle grid which is straight ahead). The driveway is at the bottom of the hill that you veer right at. The house has a 20m long stone wall along the back of the house. |
