Shorelines #18 is a contemporary AAA Tourism accredited 4-star apartment overlooking the Whitsunday Islands and boasting the best sunsets on Hamilton Island. Relax in the privacy of your own split-level apartment while still being close enough to the facilities and social venues the rest of the island has to offer.
This apartment is BRAND NEW to the leasing pool and has only ever been used by the owners. The apartment is in pristine condition and has a lot of extra features to make you holiday special. It is a contemporary designed split level apartment encompassing 2 generous size bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and has been appointed with modern furniture and amenities that will not disappoint. The owners have just upgraded the furnishings and have provided King Size beds, a new gas BBQ, coffee machine, brand new linen and a choice of pillow types.
The floor plan is excellent and separates the sleeping and living areas, maximizing the views from kitchen and lounge areas and generous balcony. You can enjoy "Al Fresco" style dining with an outdoor setting, a brand new gas BBQ and views for ever that you will never tire of.
The kitchen is modern, well appointed with stone bench tops, oven, microwave, a brand new coffee machine and dishwasher. The entertainment system in the living area is first class with a large LCD TV with Blue-Ray DVD player, surround sound system and IPod Dock.
The master bedroom is generously appointed and has a king size bed with a luxury mattress, built-in robes and a flat screen TV with a built in DVD player. The ensuite has a spa bath and lots of room to move. The master bedroom also opens up to your own private balcony with sun lounges to take in the uninterrupted views of the water.
The second bedroom has a king size bed for another couple or it can convert into two single beds. There is also a roll out single bed so that you can easily accommodate three people if necessary. The second bedroom also has a flat screen TV with built in DVD player which makes it a perfect retreat for the kids to watch their own DVD or it is equally comfortable for a second couple to have their own privacy. There is a separate full bathroom and a balcony area which is ideal for some quiet time and a good book.
For peace of mind all linen, bath and beach towels are supplied and the kitchen is stocked with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils etc, for you convenience. Laundry has a washing machine and dryer.
Included in your holiday package is a complimentary valet service. Upon arrival at the Airport or Ferry Terminal you will be met with a friendly smile and taken to your apartment and the same friendly smiley will greet you at the end of your holiday to return you to the terminal of your choice. You will have the exclusive use of a complimentary buggy, a great way to get around to the Marina and restaurants.
You will have access to all resort facilities including the Golf Course*, Water Sports* and the Kids Clownfish Club*.

| Bond details | We will require a Bond form to be completed with your Credit Card details to be signed, and returned prior to your arrival. Please note: we will only process monies on your Credit Card if there is reported damage to the Buggy or the Property, or the 'Terms and Conditions' are not adhered to. If you are not the holder of a Credit Card, and cannot provide one as a Bond, we will require a $1000 cash Bond to be paid, which will then be refunded once we receive your departure inspection report and no charges are required. |
