Relax in the privacy of your own split-level apartment while still being close enough to the facilities and social venues the rest of the island has to offer.
The floor plan is excellent separating the sleeping and living areas, maximizing the views from Kitchen and lounge areas and generous balcony. Most nights, when not dining out, you can take advantage of "Al Fresco" style dining with an outdoor setting, BBQ facilities and views you will never tire of over the beautiful Dent Passage.
The kitchen is modern, well appointed with stone bench tops, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
For those of you who cannot leave city life behind completely, you will enjoy the benefits of a large LCD TV, with Blue-Ray DVD player in the Lounge room, and both bedrooms naturally also have their very own LCD flat screen TV.
The master bedroom is generously appointed with a king size bed, generous built-in-robes and an ensuite with room to move, inclusive of a spa bath. The Master bedroom also opens up to your own private balcony with more uninterrupted views.
The second bedroom is also well appointed, here you have the choice of a king size bed or two king singles, perfect depending on whether you are travelling with family or friends. The second bedroom also has the privacy of its own bathroom and a balcony area, which is ideal for some quiet time and a good book.
For peace of mind all linen and bath towels are supplied (you will need to bring your own beach towels) and the kitchen is stocked with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils etc, for you convenience. Laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer.
There are stairs both externally and internally throughout the apartment.

|Bond details||We will require a bond form to be completed with your Credit Card details to be signed, and returned prior to your arrival. Please note: we will only process monies on your Credit Card if there is reported damage to the Buggy or the Property, or the 'Terms and Conditions' are not adhered to. If you are not the holder of a Credit Card, and cannot provide one as a bond, we will require a $1000 cash bond to be paid, which will then be refunded once we receive your departure inspection report and no charges are required.|
|Payment details||We will require the full payment at least 21 days prior to your arrival date. This can be paid via EFT or Direct Bank Deposit. Credit Cards accepted (Visa, Mastercard - a 1.5% surcharge applies. Amex or JCB - a 3% surcharge applies).

|Arrival instructions||Valet service to and from Hamilton Island Airport/Ferry Terminal and a complimentary buggy for your use during your stay. The valet will greet you upon your arrival, holding name board and will escort you to your accommodation and buggy.|
|Getting there||The main Air providers fly directly into Hamilton Island daily and Fantasea Cruises offer a ferry service from Shute Harbour, Airlie Beach.|

|Things to do||There is so much to do like visit the Great Barrier Reef, Whitsunday Island, snorkelling, fish feeding, Quad bike tours, bushwalks, non-motorised and motorised watersports, fishing and so much more.
