"Frangipani 201" is a recently refurbished two bedroom apartment on the resort side of the island with a more tropical feel. It has been renovated with every comfort and luxury in mind. The spacious main bedroom has an ensuite, while the hydrotherapy spa bath overlooks Catseye Beach. The second bedroom with two singles, can easily be made into a king size bed, if required.
The kitchen is a full sized kitchen, easy and convenient when you want to eat in, and looks beautiful with blue pearl granite bench tops. It has a dishwasher, gas stove, oven, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, and microwave - as well as other appliances to make you comfortable (like an electric wok and sandwich maker). The apartment has internal laundry facilities (including dryer), plus an airing rack for delicates.
There's a convenience store on Hamilton Island but you can always order your groceries online (delivered to your door) from one of the major supermarkets prior to your arrive and have them scheduled for delivery when you arrive? You must be present for delivery. Hamilton Island's postcode is 4803.
The lounge room, with very comfortable and large sofas (one converts to a queen size bed), is very well appointed and includes a plasma TV, DVD player, satellite TV, surround sound and iPod dock. We have also included an extensive book and DVD library.
The lounge opens onto a large balcony which is the perfect place to eat breakfast, have a BBQ, or just relax in privacy. It is set up with a table and chairs and recliners for relaxing.
The balcony view extends from the palm trees on the right, through the open water across to Whitsunday Island, to the beach and main resort on the left. You will feel as if you're on your own island when you stay at Frangipani 201.

| Things to do | Cruising the surrounding Islands - There are many different ways to get out in the islands - including short trips to other islands and resorts, and sunset cruises. You can also sail yourself through the Whitsundays. The Great Barrier Reef is world renowned, and there are several ways of seeing it from Hamilton Island. If you are one to get sea-sick, why not take a helicopter to the reef or a sea-plane to an isolated section of reef for a unique experience. |
