Montville Lake Terrace is prestigious accommodation that is available to book for 10 guests or less. The property is set on nine acres of grounds with landscaped gardens. You will be booking the entire house for the duration of your stay. The lake and hinterland views are simply breathtaking and the accommodation is luxurious in every way, to the very last detail.

The long driveway entrance to Montville Lake Terrace takes you though the secure gates and along the landscaped gardens and rock walls. The sight of the 100 year old fig tree signals you have entered someplace special.

Enjoy the amazing views from the terrace, the lounge balcony or from inside the accommodation from just about every room.

Montville Lake Terrace can also be booked as wedding accommodation and as a wedding photo shoot location.

Payment details Confirmation and Payment
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a further 40% deposit of the total accommodation charge. Any remaining balance is required to be paid within 28 days of your scheduled arrival date by credit card or electronic funds transfer (EFT). If your booking is made within 28 days prior to arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking. Charges incurred that are not specified will require settlement by credit card or cash. Prices are inclusive of cleaning and linen.

Montville is centrally placed on the Sunshine Coast, just 40 minutes to Noosa, 35 minutes to Mooloolaba, 35 minutes to Caloundra, and just over one hour to Brisbane.

The mainline rail station is only 18 minutes away and the Sunshine Coast Airport is only 35 minutes away.

Montville is located on the Blackall Range Tourist Drive (Route 23) which can be accessed off the Bruce Highway at the Nambour or Landsborough exits.

Montville Lake Terrace is just 2km along Western Avenue off Main Street, Montville.
