There is a guest house attached to the main house with it's own private entrance and own outdoor area which is holiday rented out separately (see floor plan) both enter through electric gate, however they do not have access to the pool, BBQ or deck area in backyard.

| Bond details | There is a $500 bond for groups up to 8 guests if it's a larger group then it's a $1000 bond that needs to be paid a week before your stay that needs to be paid a week before your stay either by providing credit card details which will be held only not charged or into our bank account and providing there are no damages, or complaints the bond will be refunded to you within seven days of your departure. You will need to provide us with your bank details for the refund. |
| Payment details | A deposit is required at the time of booking. 30% of booking payment is required within 14 days of booking and full payment is due 30 days prior to your stay. Acceptable payment methods are either by direct deposit into our bank account (details will be provided to you) or by credit card. Credit card payments incur a 2.5% surcharge. There are no extra charges and all linen is provided. |

| Getting there | Take the Mooloolaba exit of the Bruce Highway and follow that until you see the Kawana Water exit take that follow until you see Jamacia street (Kawana Island) sign turn left into Jamacia street at the end go left at roundabout onto Grand Parade follow going past Double Bay, turn left into Hayman Street, first right into Komodo court. |

The moment you cross the bridge, you take a breath, relax and enjoy Island time even though you are so close to it all, almost there when you pass Double Bay beach, your very own cafe and restaurant why not drop in for a coffee or even a wine then walk home. Whatever you're after its here, swim, sail, fish, snorkel, lie on the beach, go for a coffee at one of the many cafes near the beach or off to the shops, go see Australia Zoo and get close to the crocs, go for a beautiful drive to the Hinterland. At the end of your day, maybe come back and head to the games room for a game of pool or perhaps cool off and go for a swim in the pool, or sit on the deck and have a wine, go for a short or long walk along the canal waterfront walkways or just relax and put your feet up in the home theatre and watch a movie.
