THEY ARE NOT PERMITTED ON BEDDING OR FURNITURE. WHEN OWNERS ARE NOT IN ATTENDANCE - YOU ARE WELCOME TO LEAVE YOUR PET OUTSIDE ON SHADED DECKS OR PRIVATE FENCED DOGGIE YARD PROVIDED THEY DO NOT FRET OR BARK.

| Payment details | A deposit equivalent to one night's accommodation will confirm a booking during Mid and Low seasons. A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total booking is required to confirm a booking in the high season. The remaining payment of the booking is due one month prior to you arrival. Mid Season- Easter Holiday, July and September (Queensland school holidays). Low Season- Low season is all other periods that are not Mid and High seasons and that are not Queensland school holiday periods. High-season is the period from the 15th December to the 20th January. Payment is made via EFT (electronic funds transfer to issued property bank details. |

| Getting there | We are located on the Sunshine Coast. Travelling up the Bruce Highway, take the Bli Bli Exit. Follow the signs to the Airport. At the first set of traffic lights after entering Pacific Paradise, turn right onto Mudjimba Beach Road until you reach the T Junction. Turn left at Mudjimba Esplanade, and Bella Vita house is located a short distance away at 31 Mudjimba Esplanade. |
