This large family home over three levels has four spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom with ensuite, king bed and private balcony, the second bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, third bedroom with twin beds and the fourth bedroom has children’s bunk beds plus an additional single bed (please note that this room is NOT suitable for adults). There is also a separate bathroom (with bath).
Fantastic ocean views from the upper deck which runs off the fully equipped kitchen and the lounge area, where there is cable TV and children’s games console with games.
Downstairs and out the back is a great family BBQ area with outdoor kitchen. There are full laundry facilities at this property.
Garage with accommodation for one vehicle, this property has a very steep driveway so there is no facility for parking in the driveway, however there is off street parking available.

| Bond details | Security bond is $1,000.00 for this property and is a pre-authorisation on an approved credit card which is released back to the guest within a period of 7 days from the date that the property is vacated, provided that the above terms & conditions are not breached. |
