| Bond details | A credit card security bond of $1000 will need to be signed prior to check in with a guest registration upon collecting keys. This document will be destroyed after check out, and once the property has been checked by our staff. |
| Payment details | 1. DEPOSIT: To confirm your booking you will be required to pay not less than 50% of the value of the accommodation booking arranged on your behalf by us. 2. BALANCE OF PAYMENT: Full and final payment must be made 60 days prior to your arrival. In the event that your arrival date is less than 60 days from the date you book, full payment is payable at the time of booking. 3. NO DEPOSIT RECEIVED BY DUE DATE: If for any reason your deposit is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking and apply appropriate cancellation charges. |

| Getting there | From the Ferry Terminal at Dunwich, drive 20km to Point Lookout, turn right into Mintee Street and come to the office to check in. After picking up your key, go to Timbin Road then take the next right into Bambara Street with Blue Marlin being the seconnd building on the left. |
