"The Sands" Seaford is a 200 sq mt 3 bedroom fully equipped, self catering apartment, - more like your own home. Plenty of space to relax in all day. Walk across the road to the beach, or walk the 6km nature reserve just out the front door !. Watch a DVD on the fabulous 32 inch LCD screen.
All the other apartments at "The Sands" are privately owned and occupied.

Enjoy sea views from the parents suite balcony on the third level, which is and has its own bar fridge and coffee making facilities.

You can take a stroll along the beach, walk the 6km nature strip from Seaford to Frankston‚.

Like fishing? Fish off the pier only 200 mt away..
Perhaps on ride on the chairlift at Arthurs Seat?. Maybe visit wineries and historic homesteads. Picnic at Phillip Island (less than 1 hour drive) with the penguins !
Take the ferry from Sorrento (about 45 minutes) and lunch across the bay in Queenscliff, -or just relax in our spacious apartment.

Our pricing includes up to 2 persons off peak, and up to 6 guests during peak (school holiday) periods.
Extra guests can be added during off peak rates at only $10 pp/pn.

The whole 3 bedroom apartment is exclusively yours when you book -even if you are only using 1 or 2 beds !
We don't have you book then tell you it is shared..(be careful and check with others and get it clear before you book elsewhere!)

Although the apartment is conveniently located near a number of takeaway shops, close to a Safeway Supermarket, and a short drive to a Food Star (All You Can Eat) Restaurant, it is fully equipped for self catering with all appliances such as ;

Entry is on the lower level, where there is secure car accommodation for 2 cars (remote double garage with internal access), where you will find the laundry, and bedroom 3 which has two single beds.

The second (middle) level has a balcony, the main living, dining and kitchen area, as well as the second bedroom and the main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The second bedroom also has two single beds.

The whole third level comprises the master bedroom suite, with its own private balcony looking towards the sea, with queen bed, a TV and DVD, your own bar-fridge and kettle, split system air-conditioning and walk through robes to the beautiful private ensuite.

The apartment has permanent sleeping accommodation for 6.

We have a general policy of a minimum 7 night stay, however, you can ask us to consider less than 7 nights if your booking will either finish at the start of the next booking you can see on our calendar around your dates, or will start at the end of the booking you can see. (in other words you must create an end to end booking)

Business facilities The Sands Seaford offers convenient access to the major aterial freeways, giving access to the city (2 sets of traffic lights & about 35-40 minutes off peak) and the south-eastern suburbs.
Access to the train service is a short 400 metre walk if required.
The telephone is connected you can make and receive calls. Charges are detailed in the Welcome Booklet in the kitchen.

Getting there The Sands Seaford is ideally located in Seaford within close walking distance to/from public transport.
There is a shuttle bus (booking required) which can make transfers to and from the airport, although for a group a taxi is probably more convenient and cheaper...
Parking Your vehicles are secure in the double remote garage which has internal access to the apartment.
Things to do Seaford is ideally located about halfway down the bay of Port Phillip on the south eastern side.

Easy to find, and a short distance to the entrance to the Frankston Freeway which gives easy access to the City [via Freeway] in one direction or the rest of the beautiful Mornington Peninsula the other, also Philip Island, Wilsons Promontory etc.

Take a trip on the Searoad Ferry from Sorrento with or without your car and have lunch and a drink in Queenscliff at the beautiful and historic Queenscliff Hotel.
Visit some (or all !!) of the 29 wineries in the area.

An alternative route to the City is via Nepean Highway itself, which will take you up along the many other beaches that Melbourne has to offer. Its an easy 35 minutes [approx 32 km] from Albert Park Lake Grand Prix Circuit , and the Rod Laver Arena Tennis Centre at the bottom of the city.
Leave the car and catch the train to the City.!! (2 min walk to the train).
Travelling up past Southland Shopping Centre and into St Kilda [visit Luna Park / or the market stalls on a sunny Sunday afternoon] then right into the city on St Kilda Rd and into Swanston Street.

There is a bus which commutes between the Airport and Frankston (next door to Seaford).
