Child Policy –
Children 0-3yrs cot available free of charge, bed not supplied.

Pet Policy –
Not all apartments are pet friendly so please email and ask us first. Pets will incur a fee on a per day basis. Please advise in the notes if you are bringing a pet, ie what kind, how many. The cost is $50 for the first pet and $30 for each additional one.

|Things to do||Nestled in South Yarra, one of Melbourne’s most exclusive areas, the residence is within walking distance of some of Melbourne’s top restaurants.
Millswyn Street runs between gorgeous Fawkner Park and the Royal Botanic Gardens. You will also be just a hop, skip and a jump from the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG).
Close to the Grand Prix circuit (easily audible in February) and a short tram ride to the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV), the Victoria and Prahran Markets, the Rod Laver Tennis Centre and the many of the overseas consulates.
