Sandyside villas provides comfortable, short stay accommodation near Melbourne and are within a few minutes walk of the Sandringham beach. Whilst the properties have retained their older style, brick exterior you will be delighted with the completely updated and refurbished interior design and decor.

When you step inside, you will enjoy spacious, open-plan living, which has been colourfully furnished with a modern, contemporary style. The living room offers comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen, high-definition TV with Foxtel (cable TV), DVD player and mini CD stereo system. Modern, open-plan kitchen facilities include dishwasher, gas cook-top, electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer with a dining setting for four.

Both bedrooms have built-in robes and comfortable beds with luxurious linen and bedding. A trundle bed can also be provided if required, for an additional charge.

Ducted heating provides warmth during the winter months and when you need to stay cool, there's a split system air conditioner in the lounge/dining area. You will also enjoy complimentary ADSL Bigpond broadband internet connection and free local phone calls.

The courtyard complete with outdoor setting for four, is ideal for alfresco dining. It is perfect for pet guests and has BBQ facilities. Off street parking is also provided for one car and there is plenty of additional parking available on the street.

Sandyside is fitted with all the comforts of home making it well suited for those wanting short-term accommodation to relocate to Melbourne, Australia. This delightful, serviced accommodation in Melbourne is ideal for couples or a family for their next holiday in Victoria and pets are welcome on arrangement.

If you are into sailing you will be within close proximity to major attractions including the ISAF Sailing World Cup and The Asia Pacific Regatta. Other local attractions include the Sandringham Yacht Club, Picnic Point and the Sandringham Hotel.

Sandyside is conveniently located near the beach as well as the cafes and local shops of the Sandringham Village all within 10 minutes walk. The bus will take you on a direct route to Southland shopping centre and you can also catch a train from the nearby Sandringham Station into Melbourne CBD (only 16kms).

We have three lovely properties at the same address. These properties provide unique flexibility for three families wanting to be close to each other whilst retaining their own space. Alternatively, each property on its own provides very comfortable accommodation.

Cancellation policy All cancellations will forfeit the deposit paid at the time of booking. Please refer to the Property’s terms and conditions for any other charges that apply for cancelling or changing your booking.

Bond details A valid credit card is required as security for all bookings. Furthermore, a security bond of $700 may also be requested by the Property Manager.
Payment details A total deposit of 50% of our fee is required to confirm your booking if you book more than 3 weeks prior to your arrival. A deposit is to be made to wotif.com at the time of booking, the remainder of the 50% is to be paid to Boutique Stays. If you book less than 3 weeks prior to your arrival, the total fee (i.e. 100%) must be paid to confirm your booking. A deposit is to be made to wotif.com at the time of booking, the remainder of the ballance is to be paid to Boutique Stays. The balance of payment will be charged to the same credit card that was used to pay the deposit (unless we are informed otherwise), 10 days prior to your arrival.

Public transport: Take the Skybus to Southern Cross Station From Southern Cross station walk to the tram stop 1 - Spencer St/Bourke St. Take the tram 96 towards St Kilda Beach. Get off at stop 140 ?Barkly St/Acland St. Walk to the bus stop Acland St/Barkly St. Take the route 923 bus towards Southlands Shopping Centre. Get off at stop Sims St/Fernhill Rd. Walk about 210m to Bay Street.

Taxi/Car: Take the Tullamarine freeway/Citylink towards Melbourne Take exit LORIMER St-WEST GATE FREEWAY for National Route Alt 1 towards M1/Docklands/Kings Way/City/S.E.Suburbs. Continue straight onto National Route Alt 1. Turn left onto Union St (signs for ST KILDA ROAD/NEPEAN HIGHWAY/Frankston/State Route 3). Turn right onto St Kilda Rd. Turn right onto Punt Rd.
