Set in magnificently manicured gardens, Le Jardin is a prestigious, fully furnished apartment that features some of the most intricate and grand features of the 1870's Victorian era.
As you enter this grand Melbourne apartment, you will be delighted with the vast open-plan living and soaring 16 ft walls. In the main living area, you can relax in 2 comfortable suede sofas that are surrounded by unique antique pieces and contains a gas heater for cosy evenings. The antique timber dining setting seats six and is conveniently situated next to the kitchen with features appliances such as Blanco stainless steel gas stove, oven with granite benches and an all-in-one clothes washer/ dryer machine. Property also comes equipped with TV, Foxtel (Cable TV) and CD/DVD player with MP3 compatibility.
Through the double doors is the voluminous master bedroom that has a queen size bed, marble fireplace (non active) a huge mirror and built in robes. | Payment details | A total deposit of 50% of our fee is required to confirm your booking if you book more than 3 weeks prior to your arrival. The initial payment is paid to WOTIF, the remaining to Boutique Stays. If you book less than 3 weeks prior to your arrival, the total fee (i.e. 100%) must be paid to confirm your booking. The initial payment is paid to WOTIF, the other 90% to Boutique Stays. The balance of payment will be charged to the same credit card that was used to pay the deposit (unless we are informed otherwise), 10 days prior to your arrival. |
