The bedroom has been converted from its original two rooms into one and includes a very large master bedroom with a king size bed. The extra space has created room for an extra sofa and has plenty of dressing space and built in robes. The bed can also be split into two singles if required.

The open plan living area includes an ultra modern kitchen with Miele appliances, dining table with seating for eight and comfortable sofas to view the generously sized Plasma TV. The light-filled living area features floor to ceiling windows with views of the beautiful, private courtyard, a lovely place to relax with your outdoor dining and BBQ facilities included.

Lalique has a stunningly modern bathroom, which includes a shower over full sized bath and separate toilet. European style laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer have also been provided for your convenience. You will feel completely at ease with secure basement parking included, as well as complimentary broadband internet connection, free local phone calls and Foxtel (cable TV).

Cancellation policy All cancellations will forfeit the deposit paid at the time of booking. Please refer to the Property’s terms and conditions for any other charges that apply for cancelling or changing your booking.

Bond details A valid credit card is required as security for all bookings. Furthermore, a security bond of $700 may also be requested by the Property Manager.
Payment details A total deposit of 50% of our fee is required to confirm your booking if you book more than 3 weeks prior to your arrival. The first deposit payment is paid to WOTIF, the other 40% to Boutique Stays. If you book less than 3 weeks prior to your arrival, the total fee (i.e. 100%) must be paid to confirm your booking. The first deposit payment is paid to WOTIF, the balance to Boutique Stays. The balance of payment will be charged to the same credit card that was used to pay the deposit (unless we are informed otherwise), 10 days prior to your arrival.
Business facilities Access to complimentary wireless broadband,phone and local calls (reasonable use) and dining setting for eight people, suitable for meetings.

Public transport: Take the Skybus to Southern Cross Station and walk to Spencer St/Bourke St. Take the Route 96 tram towards St Kilda Beach. Get off at stop 140-Barkly St/Acland St (St Kilda). Take the Route 923 bus towards Southland SC. Get off at stop Elwood RSL/Ormond Rd (Elwood) and walk about 320m to Docker St.

Taxi/Car: Take the Tullamarine freeway/Citylink towards Melbourne. Take exit West Gate Freeway. Take exit Lorimer Street toward Docklands and S.E.Suburbs. Continue straight onto National Route Alt 1. Slight right onto Aughtie Drive. Continue onto Lakeside Drive. Continue onto Princes St. Slight right onto Barkly St. Continue onto Ormond Esplanade. Turn left onto Docker St.
Parking Secure basement parking is available free of charge for one vehicle with remote access.
