This spacious inner city home features a large open plan living area with comfortable seating for six and a large LCD TV, DVD and CD. A spacious fully equipped kitchen and dining area leads out onto a timber decked courtyard where you can enjoy outdoor dining with BBQ facilities. Air conditioning in the living area, master bedroom and hydronic central heating throughout the whole house will ensure your comfort.

At the front of the house, the first bedroom has a king sized bed which can also be set up as two singles if required. For those travelling on business this bedroom also has a handy built in desk. The second bedroom is perfect for children or singles and has the option of two single beds. There are built in robes in each bedroom as well as pedestal fans for your comfort. Upstairs, the master bedroom with queen bed is a private oasis. Enjoy the TV and DVD whilst relaxing in air conditioned comfort. All of the super comfortable beds have quality linen which will assist in you sleeping soundly.

There is a family bathroom with shower over bath and a European style laundry under the stairs including a washing machine and dryer.

Cancellation policy All cancellations will forfeit the deposit paid at the time of booking. Please refer to the Property’s terms and conditions for any other charges that apply for cancelling or changing your booking.

Bond details A valid credit card is required as security for all bookings. Furthermore, a security bond of $700 may also be requested by the Property Manager.
Payment details A total deposit of 50% of our fee is required to confirm your booking if you book more than 3 weeks prior to your arrival. The initial deposit is paid to WOTIF, the other 40% to Boutique Stays. If you book less than 3 weeks prior to your arrival, the total fee (i.e. 100%) must be paid to confirm your booking. The initial payment is paid to WOTIF, the other 90% to Boutique Stays. The balance of payment will be charged to the same credit card that was used to pay the deposit (unless we are informed otherwise), 10 days prior to your arrival.
Business facilities Heath Terrace offers complimentary wireless broadband, built in desk in Bedroom 1 and a large dining setting for six people, suitable for meetings.

Public transport: Take the Skybus to Southern Cross Station and walk to Spencer St/Bourke St. Take the Route 96 tram towards St Kilda Beach. Get off at stop 126-City Rd/ (South Melbourne). Walk to Cecil St/City Rd (Southbank). Take the Route 250 bus towards Garden City. Get off at stop Bridge St/Bay St (Port Melbourne) and walk 210m to Heath St.

Taxi/Car: Take the Tullamarine freeway/Citylink towards Melbourne. Take exit West Gate Freeway. Take exit Lorimer Street toward Docklands. Turn right onto Wurundjeri Way. Continue onto Docklands Hwy. Continue onto Montague St. Turn right onto Normanby Rd. Take the 2nd left onto Ingles St. Turn right onto Heath St.
