At the front of the house bedroom one has two single beds which can be joined into a king bed if needed and French doors opening on to a small private garden. The master bedroom has a queen bed and both bedrooms are fitted with built in robes and ducted heating. The comfortable interior of the living room leads through to a dining area and a stylish fully equipped kitchen that overlooks the landscaped courtyard. A large bathroom provides a shower over a spa bath, single vanity and toilet. Laundry facilities are also included. Ducted heating throughout and reverse cycle air-conditioning in the lounge room.
