Located in a quiet street directly opposite the parkland, Clifton Park offers two bedroom luxury accommodation for four people. Just a short stroll to public transport, pubs, supermarkets and the vibrant cafe/restaurant lifestyle that Clifton Hill, Northcote and Fitzroy have to offer.
Whilst fully renovated, Clifton Park retains much of its original character together with contemporary features. At the front of the house bedroom one has two single beds which can be joined into a king bed if needed and French doors opening on to a small private garden. The master bedroom has a queen bed and both bedrooms are fitted with built in robes and ducted heating. The comfortable interior of the living room leads through to a dining area and a stylish fully equipped kitchen that overlooks the landscaped courtyard. A large bathroom provides a shower over a spa bath, single vanity and toilet. Laundry facilities are also included. Ducted heating throughout and reverse cycle air-conditioning in the lounge room.

Bond details A valid credit card is required as security for all bookings. Furthermore, a security bond of $700.00 may also be requested by the Property Manager.

Payment details A total deposit of 50% of our fee is required to confirm your booking if you book more than 3 weeks prior to your arrival. The initial deposit made at time of booking is paid to WOTIF, the remaining balance to Boutique Stays. If you book less than 3 weeks prior to your arrival, the total fee (i.e. 100%) must be paid to confirm your booking. The initial deposit made at time of booking is paid to WOTIF, the final balance to Boutique Stays. The balance of payment will be charged to the same credit card that was used to pay the deposit (unless we are informed otherwise), 10 days prior to your arrival.

Walk to the bus stop Clifton Hill Railway station/Hoddle Street. Take the route 546 bus towards Heidelberg. Get off at stop Esplanade St/Heidelberg St. Walk about 520m to Dwyer Street.
Taxi/Car: Take the Tullamarine freeway/Citylink towards Melbourne. Take the National Route 79 exit towards FLEMINGTON ROAD/EASTERN FREEWAY. Slight left onto Flemington Rd/National Route 79.
