Bond details A valid credit card is required as security for all bookings. Furthermore, a security bond of $700 may also be requested by the Property Manager.
Payment details A total deposit of 50% of our fee is required to confirm your booking if you book more than 3 weeks prior to your arrival. The first payment is paid to WOTIF, the other 40% to Boutique Stays. If you book less than 3 weeks prior to your arrival, the total fee (i.e. 100%) must be paid to confirm your booking. The first payment is paid to WOTIF, then the rest of the payment to Boutique Stays. The balance of payment will be charged to the same credit card that was used to pay the deposit (unless we are informed otherwise), 10 days prior to your arrival.

Take the train towards Sandringham. Get off at Middle Park Railway Station. Walk to the bus stop Middle Park Railway Station/Church St. Take the bus 811 towards Dandenong. Get off at bus stop Dendy St/Church St. Walk about 540m to Whyte St.
Taxi/Car: Take the Tullamarine freeway/Citylink towards Melbourne. Merge onto M79. Continue onto Citylink Tollway. Take exit Lorimer Street towards Docklands/Kings Way. Continue straight onto National Route Alt 1. Turn left onto Union St. Turn right onto St Kilda Rd. Turn right onto Punt Rd. Slight left onto Punt Rd.
Continue to follow State Route 3. Turn right onto Rusden St. Turn left onto New St, at the roundabout; take the 2nd exit onto Dendy St. Turn right onto Whyte St.
Parking Secure garage parking is available free of charge for one vehicle with remote access and there is also off street parking for one in the driveway
