This fully furnished two bedroom unit features a full kitchen, reverse air-conditioning/heating, gas log fireplace, a lock-up garage and private outdoor area.
There is a queen bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. We also have an extra double pull out sofa bed in the living room and a fold up single bed can be provided if required. Towels and bed linen are supplied and water, gas and electricity are included.

| Bond details | The Security Bond of $300 should be paid direct to the holiday rental supplier when confirming the booking. Keys will not be issued until the Security Bond is processed. Persons booking accommodation are responsible for any loss or damage to the unit. The Security Bond is additional to the cost of the reservation but refundable 1-3 days after departure providing the property is left clean, tidy and undamaged. Reimbursement to nominated account is made via internet. |

If this payment is not received within 24 hours the booking will not be held. The balance should be finalised on arrival if in cash or three working days in advance if by bank transfer. A:Travelling by train by bus or tram, Get off at BoxHill centre train station, bus stop, airport shellte bus stop then: 1.Continue on Station St about 0.5km 2.Turn right onto Thames St, Box Hill about 0.2km 3.Arrive at Thames St, Box Hill. Total travle time by foot: Less than 10miuntes or 2minuts if by car, If travelling from the Melbourne airport 1.Continue on Tullamarine Freeway Nbnd, Melbourne Airport - proceed Northwest 2.Take the LEFT FORK onto Bell St. 3.Continue along Bell St, pass Heidelberg Heights at Austin Hospital, then the bell st will change the name as to Manningham Rd W, Heidelberg,Then change the name as Williamsons Rd, Doncaster, then change the name as Tram Rd, Doncaster at Westfield Shoppingtown Doncaster, then change the name to Station St, Doncaster. Just remember go straight continute drive along the Bell st, do not turn anywhere until you reach Box Hill. 7.Turn left onto Thames St, Box Hill. 8.Arrive the property at Thames St, Box Hill.
