|Bond details||The Security Bond of $300 should be paid direct to the holiday rental supplier when confirming the booking. Keys will not be issued until the Security Bond is processed. Persons booking accommodation are responsible for any loss or damage to the property. The Security Bond is additional to the cost of the reservation but refundable 1-3 days after departure providing the property is left clean, tidy and undamaged. Reimbursement to nominated account is made via internet. It is non refundableif the booking is cancelled before check in.
|Payment details||In addition to the deposit paid to Wotif.com, you are required to pay a further $300 direct to the accommodation provider within 24 hours in order to secure the property for the booked period. If this payment is not received within 24 hours the booking will not be held.
The balance should be finalised on arrival if in cash or three working days in advance if by bank transfer.
