To maintain the best standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. The person making the booking has sole responsibility the property. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests must not exceed six adults or with children - eight people in total.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. We respect our neighbours so this property is not available for parties, weddings or schoolies. This property is in a residential area. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental with no refund.
Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear and tear in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, repairs etc.
Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay.
One pet is allowed at this property unless otherwise arranged with owners. It must be well behaved so as not to cause any disturbances to our neighbours or 'walkers'. You take full responsibility for your pet and picking up after it.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10am, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Please note that this property is fully self contained, however is not a serviced property. Servicing can be arranged during your stay at an extra charge. You will need to bring all toiletries, basic food and household items. For additional baby items during your stay you may phone Hire All on 07 55361 379.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
$500 Bond is payable prior to you stay to receive you access codes, and will be refunded within three days of your departure, this is subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

|Bond details||$500 Bond is payable prior to your stay – this is done via pre authorisation on your credit card and a completion settlement is processed if required after your stay.|
|Payment details||10% deposit is paid to Wotif.com on making your booking. A further 40% is required at the time of booking to hold the booking. Please contact us to process your payment. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your stay. We accept credit card payment or direct deposit into our bank account. Please contact us for bank details. If you are arriving within two weeks, full payment is required at time of booking.|
|Arrival instructions||Owners will make contact with you after your booking is confirmed. Once the $500 BOND has been paid all access details will be emailed to you.
|Getting there||Coming from the Coolangatta Airport on the Pacific Highway (Northbound): Take the Bermuda St exit 87 - pass Hooker Blvd. At the intersection turn right into Rudd St and when you reach the Rio Vista Blvd roundabout turn left and right at the next roundabout to TE Peters Dr. Andrea Av is left off this street.
Southbound from Brisbane - Take the Nerang /Broadbeach exit #71 off the Pacific Highway and follow all signs to Broadbeach. You will come in on Hooker Blvd and follow the above instructions.
