TROPICAL HAVEN is an ideally located home and presents a fantastic holiday atmosphere.

Walk through the front gate and past the landscaped courtyard and welcome to your holiday oasis your haven, centrally located between Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise with beautiful high rise views.

Relax under your tropical Bali hut and enjoy the summer breezes by the pool and watch the children in their own play area. The house is on one easy level with no stairs!

LOUNGE

There are two huge lounge areas combined so no-one misses the holiday fun. The lounge is air-conditioned. Play pool on your own pub size pool table or relax and watch a DVD or your Foxtel special programmes. Light and airy with great breezes through the lounge and dining areas, the doors open completely to your entertaining area which features the pool, BBQ area and Bali hut.

KITCHEN

The kitchen also opens onto all outdoor entertaining areas, also overlooking the children’s play area and is fully equipped with microwave and dishwasher.

BEDROOMS

The air-conditioned main bedroom is spacious with a queen bed and en suite bathroom with double shower. This opens onto a tropical garden and has access to the outdoor areas.

Bedroom two is also an air-conditioned large bedroom with two single beds and one double bed with a single bunk on top. This makes a great children’s room.

Bedroom three has two single beds which could convert to a double bed for couples or single or the children. This room has ceiling fans.

Bedroom four is a large air-conditioned room with a double bed and a king single which could be used as a sofa if not required as a bed.

OUTDOORS

TROPICAL HAVEN offers a holiday lifestyle. Sip cocktails under the large Bali hut and admire the high rise views of Surfers Paradise. Swim in your fully fenced pool or catch fish or perhaps a crab from your private jetty. Watch the kids play safely in their own area.

LOCATION

TROPICAL HAVEN is located just five minute’s drive from Surfers Paradise and five minutes drive from Broadbeach.

If you enjoy walking, approximately 15 minutes will take you to Broadbeach with all the restaurants, shopping, Jupiters Casino or the beach.

Want to visit the theme parks?
20 minutes drive will take you to Dreamworld, Movieworld or Wet ‘n’ Wild, seven minutes drive will take you to Seaworld.

TROPICAL HAVEN is child friendly and safe; we supply a port a cot and high chair complimentary.

Something for everyone – the home is centrally located and large enough for two families but also the home is exceptionally quiet private and relaxing. The kids have lots of room to play either in the pool or their own play area alternatively, why not let the kids fish from the private jetty or place a crab pot in the water and maybe even catch the family a meal.
